Terms of Service for PlansLabFit

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, digital content, or physical goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Our services include personal training sessions, group classes, and fitness coaching. Scheduling and details are provided at the time of booking.

3. Information Products

Our information products include eBooks, meal plans, and workout guides delivered electronically.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods include supplements, equipment, and merchandise sold through the Site.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund if a session is cancelled by PlansLabFit. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule at no extra charge or request a full refund of any prepayment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, prepayments are non-refundable. To request a refund or to reschedule, submit your request via contact.php within 5 business days of the scheduled session.

5.2 Information Products

All digital content purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no digital files have been downloaded or accessed. After download or after 14 days, purchases are final. To request a refund, contact us via contact.php.

5.3 Physical Goods

For merchandise and equipment, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original condition. You may choose a refund via the same payment channel used for purchase or exchange for another product. Shipping fees for sending items back may apply. Contact us via contact.php to initiate the process and obtain instructions.

5.4 No-Refund Services

Certain premium coaching packages or third-party workshop bookings may be explicitly marked as non-refundable due to exclusive access or limited seats. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Non-refundable purchases cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another individual upon written approval.

6. Modifications to Terms

PlansLabFit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
